SERVICE DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided through Square during the online booking process. It serves as confirmation of your commitment to the appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your session. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. LATE POLICY

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our location and traffic plan. To ensure your visit is smooth and stress-free, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to avoid being late. Be sure to allocate enough time for the full duration of your appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

Respecting Everyone’s Time! We have a policy for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY

Due to the nature of permanent cosmetic procedures, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a service has been performed.

We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, so plan accordingly.

If changes are made with less than 12 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued for completed services.

Results may vary from person to person based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and healing response.

Dissatisfaction with healed results does not qualify for a refund.

GUESTS POLICY

Due to the nature of our detailed treatments, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or pets into the studio.

This ensures a calm and focused environment for both clients and artists. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

MEDICAL AND ELIGIBILITY CONSIDERATIONS

Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to the procedure. Failure to do so voids eligibility for any adjustments or corrections.

TOUCH UP SESSIONS

While a touch-up is not mandatory or necessary for every client, it is available to those who may benefit from a color boost.

Please note that healing can vary, and if an additional touch-up appointment is required, standard fees will apply. Thank you for understanding!

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics involve a multi-step process, and healed results will vary for each client. While we strive to provide the best possible service, results cannot be guaranteed, and additional sessions (at an additional cost) may be necessary to achieve your desired outcome.

It’s important to understand that many factors influence the healing process, as each client heals differently. To ensure the best results for your new brows, please carefully follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and Aftercare Instructions. These guidelines are designed to minimize bleeding and skin sensitivity during the procedure. Excessive bleeding can dilute or expel pigment, potentially affecting the outcome.
